Ramen noodles 82.97% [vital wheat gluten 35%, pea protein 24%, wheat flour 18%, buckwheat flour 10%, pea fibre, tapioca starch, salt, dried konjac tuber powder, stabiliser (xanthan gum), acidity regulator (sodium carbonates)].
Spicy curry-flavoured seasoning 14% [maltodextrin, salt, curry powder, chilli powder, yeast extract, hydrolysed soy protein powder, garlic powder, onion powder, tomato powder, flavouring, flavour enhancer (disodium 5′-ribonucleotide), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide)].
Dried vegetables 3.03% (dried carrot 80%, dried spring onion 20%).

Directions for use:

1. Open the lid and remove the sachet with the seasoning and dried vegetables.
2. Add the contents of the seasoning and vegetable sachet to the cup.
3. Bring water to the boil and then fill up to the line inside the cup.
4. Cover and leave to stand for 5 minutes. Stir and enjoy.

Best before:
18 months from the date of production. Best before the date shown on the packaging.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. Protect from light and heat.
